Shortly after, Tower 57 was called to assist Sellersville Volunteer Fire Department with a dwelling fire. While in route the assignment was changed and assisted on the south side of the borough with water rescues and stood by for fire suppression. Both units returned back to the township at approximately 2:00 AM. Chief 57, Assistant 57, Engine 57 and SS57 assisted Trumbauersville Fire Company and Ottsville Volunteer Fire Company with a water rescue on Trumbauersville Road. One person was rescued by boat and sadly another person could not be found. Crews deemed it unsafe to continue the search and would continue searching at daylight. At daybreak multiple agencies where called back and recovered the vehicle with a deceased male inside.
