Milford Township Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched with Lehigh County Lower Milford to Dan Schantz Green House January 3rd, 2017. Tower 57 was the 2nd arriving apparatus with Engine 75 being the 2nd Engine on scene. Engine 75 dropped a supply line with over 1200 ft of 5 inch on the ground.
-MTVFC had 17 members respond with 238 total man hours (including clean up).
-Apparatus Response- Tower 57, Engine 75, Tanker 75, Field 75, and Special Service 75.
-Tower 57 had 10 hours of pump time, master stream in service with 1700 gpm at times, and 6 discharges utilized.
-3,000 total feet of hose on the ground.
-Interior crews reported temperatures at or above 400 degrees from their TIC during the aggressive attack.
-Fire Police was on scene for 11 hours.
-MTVFC also responded to 3 additional calls that day.
